The Challenges.

Already working with Macs, HMDG needed a high performing server, new internet provider and email system and an efficient and reliable support set-up to meet the needs of its 30 Mac users, made up of three desktops and 27 laptops.

"I was doing a lot of the support myself and that's not my background. We needed someone who was familiar with Macs. pebble know Macs and it was obvious they knew what they were talking about," says office manager Kim Rees.

  • Installation & Set-up: "I'd been trying for months to organise a new server for our Macs. pebble made it all happen within a month. They came in to audit the machines and then drew up a plan and recommendations. pebble was really involved with what we needed."
  • Remote & On-site Support: "Right from the beginning pebble were easy to contact and always at the end of the phone. They would come in straightaway to help with any problems. It's great, with pebble you really get to know them. When someone comes in you’ve met them before and they know all about the system. You don't get a different person every time."
  • Technology Guidance and Expertise: "Our five partners were all on Blackberries, which aren't as compatible with Macs. pebble helped me provide a case to get everyone onto iPhones. pebble came in for the day, chatting to everyone and explaining all things you can do with the iPhone. It all works much better and smoother now. I recently asked one of the partners if he'd go back to his Blackberry and he said 'Never!' "
