The Challenges.
Working within an all-PC environment, with only PC support on-site, the Digital Operations team, made up of 30 Mac users, needed help with desktop solutions, higher-end IT support and creating a safe environment for testing out new software without compromising the company IT network. pebble had to address these needs in conjunction with building up a good working relationship with the company IT department and support team.
"We need Macs for the type of things we do – websites, direct consumer products and customer relations. I needed pebble to provide hybrid, bi-lingual support so we could safely use Macs in a PC environment," says Head of Digital Operations, Matthew Hawn.
